Before your appointment it is important that you make sure you are healthy before coming to the studio:

• Have you traveled outside of Canada or had close contact with someone that has in the last 14 days?

• Have you been in close contact without PPE with someone confirmed positive or presumed positive for C19 within the last 14 days? 

• Have you displayed a fever, new or changed chronic cough, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, or shortness of breath not related to any pre existing condition? 

• If you answered yes to any of the above, you should complete the self assessment on the ahs website and contact me to rebook your appointment for a later time. 

• In addition to the above, if you are high risk due to a prior medical condition or live with someone who is, we suggest you also rebook your appointment for safer times.  

• For your appointment, please show up around 5 minutes beforehand, and use the hand sanitizer supplied just inside the front door.

• There will be masks available if you do not have your own.  Masks need to be worn the entire time inside the studio. 

• Please do not bring anyone/guests with you, they will not be allowed inside the studio.

• Please call immediately for rescheduling appointments or cancellation fees will still apply if within 72hrs of the appointment time, no exceptions.
